David is an attorney in the Corporate Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell LLP working on a wide variety of corporate assignments.

Before David attended the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, he received a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in history from Chapman University. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing hockey.
