Kara is Of Counsel at Carr & Ferrell, counseling clients in corporate law, providing advice on the development, licensing and protection of intellectual property, as well as general corporate matters. She has substantial experience in a broad range of corporate transactions, including those in technology, entertainment, healthcare, e-commerce, and telecommunications. She has managed complex agreements and provided counsel for a variety of clients, both as outside counsel and in-house counsel, including Fortune 100 companies, Fortune 500 global market leaders, non-profits, and various startups companies.
