Gail Bennett is an attorney with the Corporate Practice group who has extensive experience working with technology companies. She began her career at Autodesk, a leader in 3D design, engineering and entertainment software. She co-chaired the Intellectual Property Department at the law firm of Foster Garvey in Seattle. She has managed complex transactions and provided counsel for a wide variety of software companies both as outside counsel and in-house counsel including, among others, Intel, Intuit, Wall Data, Tableau Software and Microsoft. In her most recent in-house corporate position, she was the General Counsel of Vertafore, a rapidly growing premiere provider of insurance industry software and hosted solutions.
