Jill E. Fishbein
Jill’s practice focuses on financing and commercial transactions for emerging technology and life science companies, alongside a seasoned practice representing venture capital firms and other individual and institutional investors.
Neal’s practice encompasses advice on the development, licensing and protection of intellectual property, as well as general corporate matters. Neal also serves as general corporate counsel to start-up and mid-level private companies.
