The Litigation team includes many seasoned trial lawyers who have successfully tried numerous cases to conclusion before judges and juries.  We have experience in a wide variety of venues, including the United States Supreme Court and other federal and state trial and appellate courts. We are also experienced in a wide variety of alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration; and our litigators serve as court appointed or privately selected mediators and arbitrators. Commercial Litigation
