Hosted at Carr & Ferrell, Andrew Fire, winner of the 2006 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine, was a featured presenter at the Wharton Club of Northern California special discussion on “Revolutionizing Modern Medicine.”  In his presentation, Dr. Fire deconstructed the complexity of RNAi, one of the most stunning recent scientific breakthroughs.  Dr. Fire explained the science and applications behind this research and shared his insights on new, unexplored topics on the cutting edge of research and development.
