Evan is an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group at Carr & Ferrell. Evan represents companies in all areas of corporate and securities law and commercial transactions, including venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and planning, license transactions and other general corporate counseling. Evan also represents venture capital funds, growth equity funds and other investors in financing and other transactions. Prior to joining Carr & Ferrell, Evan was an associate at the Silicon Valley Office of a large, global law firm. Before graduating from UCLA School of Law, Evan worked as a paralegal focusing on antitrust litigation and received a bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University.
