Experienced Patent Prosecution Attorney
Carr & Ferrell’s Intellectual Property Practice Group is seeking an Associate with 5+ years of patent experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- Patent preparation and prosecution experience in a law firm setting;
- Technical background and Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer science or physics;
- Admission to the CA State Bar and registration with the USPTO;
- Excellent academic qualifications and premium written and verbal communication skills;
- Interest in patent prosecution, strategic planning, and client counseling;
- Proven ability to lead and mentor newer associates and agents;
- Desire to manage clients and supervise employees.
