It is with great regret that we inform you that Brad W. Blocker, a partner in our Litigation Practice Group who was widely known as an accomplished and successful trial lawyer, died on Friday in Reno, NV as the result of injuries sustained in a skiing accident. He was 48 years old.

In his eight years with the firm's Litigation Practice Group, Brad's keen intellect and sound judgment commanded the respect of his clients and colleagues, and his personal qualities and outgoing nature won their affection.

As part of the Carr & Ferrell family, we are deeply saddened by the loss of our friend and colleague, Brad Blocker. We shall miss him greatly.
