Ron Rohde is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Rohde specializes in intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent preparation and prosecution. Mr. Rohde has extensive experience in the semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry, particularly with electron beam lithography, metrology, semiconductor inspection and review, as well as process control, systems engineering, systems test, and manufacturing engineering. In addition, he has experience in construction, publishing, international trade, and package design. For over two decades Mr. Rohde has worked for companies including Etec Systems, Perkin Elmer, Applied Materials, and KLA-Tencor as a systems engineer, test engineer, manufacturing engineer, and field service engineer in the U.S. as well as Germany and Japan. He has served as an arbitrator for the BBB Auto Line and is a member of the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association (AOPA) aviation legal services panel for AOPA members.
