Michael Adelsheim is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell LLP. Mr. Adelsheim specializes in intellectual property law matters including the preparation and prosecution of U.S. patent applications, strategic intellectual property planning and patent portfolio management for both established and start-up clients.
Mr. Adelsheim has experience researching prior art, drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and assisting in patent application drafting across a wide range of technical disciplines including cleantech, computer software and hardware, location-based/navigation services, gaming, and wireless network devices. His experience further includes claim construction briefing and argument, infringement analysis and antitrust claims for various intellectual property litigation matters.
Prior to joining Carr & Ferrell, Mr. Adelshiem worked for two Bay Area law firms, as well as for the United States Attorney’s Office.
