Tarak Shah is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Shah specializes in the representation of emerging companies and venture capital investors, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, licensing and commercial transactions and general business matters.
Mr. Shah also has experience counseling corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies in connection with SEC reporting obligations, corporate governance, employment matters, employee benefits and debt offerings and restructurings.
Prior to joining Carr & Ferrell, Mr. Shah was a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Cooley LLP.
