Jim Lucey is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Lucey specializes in business litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property, contract disputes, business torts, antitrust, unfair competition, unfair business practice, insurance coverage and partnership disputes. Mr. Lucey also has worked in many areas that affect real property, including the representation of property developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and owners of real property.

Mr. Lucey has extensive experience counseling and representing companies in business litigation matters in both the state and federal courts that ended in jury trial verdict, bench trial verdict and have been on appeal in the California State Court of Appeals.

Mr. Lucey also has counseled companies in the resolution of disputes through the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution measures, including private mediation, arbitration, neutral evaluation, and face to face communications between the principals and their counsel.
