Breton Graham is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell LLP.  Mr. Graham is an attorney specializing in intellectual property law.  His practice focuses on a broad range of domestic and international patent matters, including patent preparation and prosecution, strategic intellectual property counseling and planning, patent opinion and litigation analysis, and patent portfolio management and development.  Before entering the practice of law, he worked as an engineer for what at the time was the largest computer networking company in the United States.

Mr. Graham’s experience encompasses a broad range of technology across many disciplines. Examples of his experience include but are not limited to software, circuits, semiconductors, computers and computer architecture, digital signal and image processing, telecommunications, biomedical devices, medical procedures, and mechanical innovations.

Mr. Graham has served as an instructor at the Practising Law Institute in San Francisco, participating as a clinic instructor for their "Fundamentals of Patent Prosecution, A Boot Camp for Claim Drafting & Amendment Writing" series.
