Kenneth Wilson is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group of Carr & Ferrell. Mr. Wilson has substantial experience representing both emerging growth technology companies and more established companies. Distinguished by his demonstrated professional expertise, Mr. Wilson was recognized by San Francisco Magazine as one of Northern California's top lawyers in 2007 and 2008.
Mr. Wilson's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and counseling, ITC litigation, Internet litigation and technology-related commercial litigation. His intellectual property litigation experience spans over 20 years, during which time he has successfully concluded numerous cases before federal and state courts throughout the country. Mr. Wilson's intellectual property litigation experience has involved computer software, semiconductor, e-commerce, consumer products and multimedia companies. Additionally, Mr. Wilson has presented and spoken about patent and intellectual property issues at legal forums around the globe.
Prior to joining Carr & Ferrell, Mr. Wilson worked at distinguished Palo Alto law firms, and served as the Managing Partner of the San Francisco office of a leading national law firm.
